RESEARCH INTERESTS
My main research interest is in the
field of human neuropsychology and particularly in the context of social and
emotional disorders. My Masters and PhD studies have particularly focused on
neural substrates associated with trait jealousy and the influence of the
neuropeptide oxytocin on reducing the impact of jealousy in either imagined or
real contexts. However, I also have interests in the social and emotional
disorders such as autism, alexithymia and social anxiety as well as in the
control of moral decision making.
RESEARCH PROJECTS
Participate in a key research project granted from National Natural
Science Foundation of China (NSFC), 31530032, ‘Compensatory brain mechanisms of
social cognitive dysfunction in the amygdala: a study based on the potential
role of the cortical mirror neuron system’, 2016/01-2020/12, 3.184 million RMB.
Director: Keith Kendrick (in progress).
Participate in the research project ‘Moral thinking across the world:
Exploring the influence of personal force and intention in moral dilemma
judgments’ Director: Bence Bago and Balazs Aczel (in progress).
